Although, with everything else, it's easier said than done. First of all, you need to pass this TEST and become licensed. You also need to start making contracts in the industry. More on this later. Lastly, you need to get liability insurance which can run upwards to $350 per month. No one said this will be easy. But everything worthwhile in life requires work.
